We felt good in the hotel, it was very nice, the food was clean, the pool was good, we were very satisfied

We booked in the booking office, when we went to the hotel, we didn't have the room we booked, they gave us a bigger room, but in Rio2, which I didn't like very much, they told me that I should have applied to be in the building central. I found out that they were lying to me later and told me that as soon as a room becomes available, we will move to the central one.

It is an amazing place with amazing food and atmosphere! We are visiting it for a second year in a row and it is definitely worth it.

Location, facilities

Most of the staff were neutral. They could be more friendly. Reception team is very kind and friendly. Restaurant staff dont speak English. And we found two times that the food wasnt in best condition. Cleaning team was excellent

Pool was always dirty with oil layers every single day. I love pools but l could not use it for this reason. Drinking water was also a disappointment. Sometimes no cold drinking water and the water doesnt taste good + smells like sea water.

The food was great.

The room was very noisy as it was straight above the restaurant. The cleanliness of the room was not on the needed level. We have done the check-in online to get quicker in the hotel on our arrival, which did not happen and had to spent 15+ minutes paying on the arrival and providing all the documents again. The outdoor pools are old.

It's a good mix of everything. Food wise, there is an option for everyone.

The towels in the bathrooms need to be changed to new ones.

The buffet was excellent. Personal-helpful, friendly. Room-clean.

We were in September. Outdoor pool was a bit cold. In this case, we were looking especially for a hotel with the indoor pool, sauna and SPA. We were very disappointed that Indoor pool was closed and the steam room was broken although this was not stated in the description. We were looking especially for a hotel with the indoor pool, sauna and SPA. Very noisy area outside around the hotel.

Overall great beach vacation

Food was as expected: enough variety for everyone (incl my picky eater kids). Staff were attentive and capable despite the big capacity of the hotel. Not much of a sea view but only a min walk away which is great! (Please note no designated beach area - additional €56 for 2 beds and umbrella for 1 day to be paid there) Room given was bigger than expected. Evening shows available on some nights - great performers!

Rooms could have been cleaned a bit better. Unfortunately also not a lot for children to do except beach/pool in this "party area". Pool also opens quite late and closes early. Indoor pool was closed thoughout summer.

Exceptional

I am not sure if words are enough to tell how great was our stay. When you start at the reception, welcome drink in hot day was nice surprise for all of us. Great ladies at reception and all others from bars and special thanks for all staff from kitchen who prepared all amazing meal and took care about us!

Fantastic hotel chilled and good food

Location and food fantastic every course

No tea and coffee in room. But to be fair when went downstairs they always gave me a pot of coffee cup etc no problem with a good morning and smile

Good in price quality

We liked it, the rooms and the food, breakfast and dinner were very good. Some of the staff really helpful The indoor pool was great and the gym it wasn't not bad at all.

To much noise at night. Many drunk young people have no manners in the restaurant. Many of them were drunk from the morning till the following day. Some of the stuff were rude and the cleaning was not the best.

A comfortable german tourist hotel

Clean and comfortable

For the price and being 4* hotel lacks the basics such as hair conditioner in toilets, toothbrush etc. When called the reception, they said they dont provide them. However, my parents room had it.

Clean rooms, good location and delicious food.

The location of the hotel was perfect, less then 5 min walking to the beach. The hotel was really clean, the restaurant was really good, big assortments of food. I wasn't really impressed of the special restaurant "Ole", service was just ok , no AC AT ALL!

My biggest complain was the noise, I couldn't sleep 2 days because of the elevator and drunk tourists. I wish they have some more entertainments.

Wonderful

Food was great, staff was nice and facilities are clean and convenient

Cleaner in our room was not really good. It was not terrible, but we could always feel the sand on the floor. She also changed our sheets only once after 7 days.
